| Music To Mangle Your Mind was established in 2009. The radio show's name is taken from a Nuclear Blast Records slogan they used to use in their formative days that featured some of the best albums ever released. The show airs live 4 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays at 2 PM eastern. Occassionally I do marathon shows, special editions and fill in for the other DJ's from time to time. The types of music I play are thrash metal, death metal, doom metal, black metal, crossover, traditional metal, classic metal, hair/glam metal and whatever else I feel like throwing in. The name JewelThrone is taken from the song, "Jewel Throne" by Celtic Frost. People call me JT or Jewel even though they know my real name.
